Information, Distribution of Income and Time Series from the Perspective of the Principle of Least Action of Physics

Abstract

The thesis of this paper is mathematical formulation of the properties and laws of Information, Statistics and Econometrics with application of the principle of Least Action well known in classical mechanics as the law of conservation of action. This rigorous scientific approach to economics allows us to derive Say’s law of markets, the law of marginal value, interest rate theory and proves that statistical distribution of all assets in closed systems is normally distributed. Production, consumption or acquisition of goods, services and assets can be regarded as purposeful acts in the form of expenditure of Kinetic Energy of money that leads to the flow of material resources to desired goals and time frame. Ludwig von Mises defined Economics is the science of Human Action. Action is introduced into Economics by the founder of Austrian School of Economic, Carl Menger. If economic actions represent the method of ‘Least Squares’ of Econometrics. The paper proves the applicability of Maxwell’s probability as Income Distribution function, the inverse relationship of prices and quantities in macro and microeconomic form demonstrates the Stochastic and Fractal character of economic laws. The total quantity of goods and services such as Gross Domestic Product in the form of learning curve can be expanded into infinite time series, quantity of infinite information in binary form and the total utility of all economic goods, services, financial, productive or real estate assets.
